The reflective material adopts the micro prism reflection principle. We all know that the reflection of light includes diffuse reflection and specular reflection. Why can retro reflective materials return the light according to the original path? In fact, this is mainly due to the high refractive index glass beads contained therein. When a beam of light shines on the front surface of the bead at any angle within a certain range, it is concentrated on the reflection layer on the rear surface of the bead due to the high refraction of the bead. The reflection layer reflects the light back in parallel along the direction of the incident light, forming a regression reflection. When many glass beads reflect at the same time, the bright scene in front will appear.

How is such a magical glass bead produced? The production process is as follows: firstly, the raw materials are melted into liquid glass at a very high temperature. The liquid glass forms many fog droplets through a special nozzle. These droplets automatically form regular spheres under the action of surface tension. After cooling, they are treated to obtain very useful glass beads.
